How do I cancel my subscription? +
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store on your iPhone, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions, then Stubbd, then Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I get a refund? +
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple too. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Stubbd purchase, and request a refund. We don't directly process refunds.
How do I delete my account? +
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days.
How do I export my data? +
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Export my data. We'll generate a JSON export of everything we hold on you and email it to your attached address.
I lost access to my account. What now? +
If you attached an email to your account, you can sign in from any device with the magic link Stubbd emails you. If you didn't attach an email, your account was anonymous and tied to your previous device — we can't recover it. Email hello@stubbd.com if you're stuck and we'll help where we can.
Does Stubbd give medical advice? +
No. Stubbd is a wellness app. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare provider for medical questions, especially before starting or stopping nicotine replacement therapy.
Is the AI coach a real person? +
No. The AI coach is powered by a large language model. It is not a medical professional, therapist, or counselor. If you need that level of support, please reach out to a qualified human. The crisis lines below are a good place to start.
